With more than 34 years of hands-on experience in the human services field, Ryan founded Riverview with a deep commitment to helping individuals and families across Utah thrive. His journey began in group homes during college, where he developed a lasting passion for advocacy and support.
Throughout his career, Ryan has been instrumental in launching youth and adult programs across Utah and the Western United States. He’s lobbied at local, state, and federal levels for improved funding and resources for people with disabilities—championing equitable access and meaningful care.
Ryan earned his Master of Social Work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He’s provided extensive mental health treatment in community settings, with a special focus on individuals living with disabilities.
After years in leadership roles, Ryan felt called to return to direct care—where relationships are personal and impact is immediate. Riverview is the result of that calling: a vision-driven organization built on empathy, experience, and a belief that everyone deserves dignity, support, and hope.
As a teenager, through various jobs, I found myself working with people from all walks of life. This is when I first realized how much I enjoyed helping people. I felt drawn to internships that put me right in the thick of things – from volunteering my time and talents in pre k through 1st grade classrooms to spending time in a special needs primary settings where I helped adults interact, re-connect with neighbors, and make new friends. With each opportunity I realized I deeply enjoy connecting with people who are often overlooked or misunderstood. One thing led to another, and before I knew it, I was immersed in the world of The Division of Child and Family Services as well as an opportunity to volunteer at a youth crisis center. These experiences led me to realize I deeply wanted to work with the special needs population.
After a lot of consideration, I took a job working in a residential group home. There I helped three women who had intellectual disabilities learn, practice, and develop greater independence living skills. We covered it all – from cooking in the kitchen, grocery shopping and making sure everything was spick and span around the house. But it was more than just completing daily chores. These incredible ladies taught me some of life's most important lessons. Like finding happiness in the small things, understanding everyone has their unique way of learning; and to be excited over the small improvements that happen day by day. I love the memories we made! We'd take walks, venture out into the community, have our very own dance parties and movie nights. Getting to know each of them on a personal level was the real treasure – their personalities, their hobbies, and the goals each of them had for the future.
That job brought me purpose and fulfillment in a way I hadn’t experienced before. It confirmed to me I wanted to work with this population. To further my education I attended Snow College (AS) and Utah Valley University (BS), and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work. My focus was on the Autism Spectrum. At that time I also worked as a behavior analyst assistant with a major provider in Utah County.
Fast forward to today, and I'm here, ready to assist you as your support coordinator. My goal is to help you find happiness, success, and independence whatever that may look like. We're a team and communication is very important to me. If you have any questions for me I want you to know you can reach out whenever you need to.
On a more personal note I was born and raised in Utah, and currently reside in the southern end of Utah County. I'm a wife and a mother to two active boys who keep me on my toes. And when I manage to steal a moment for myself, I'm all about cooking up a storm in the kitchen. My latest obsession is making sourdough bread and experimenting with the endless possibilities of my instant pot. I am also an avid board and card game player, thrift store shopper, and a sucker for a good documentary.

My name is Natalie Webb, also known as Natalie Horsley in some circles. With over 14 years of experience in the disability field, I possess a wealth of knowledge that I am confident will prove invaluable in guiding you through your DSPD services.
My passion for serving people in need began when I was just eighteen years old. From that moment on, I have dedicated myself to assisting individuals in reaching their full potential and achieving their dreams. Learning about others and their unique care needs is my driving goal, and it brings me immense joy to witness the positive impact I can have on their lives.
My journey started with weekend work in a home that served individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities. This experience instilled in me a deep love for helping others become more independent and their best selves. Through hard work and dedication, I was able to quickly ascend to management positions, impacting the lives of over 30 individuals during my tenure. I was later given the opportunity to assume an administrative role where I could affect even greater change. In this capacity, I led over 30 different homes and hundreds of staff members. My efforts yielded significant improvements in service quality, care, and staff training. I was also involved in policy-making that would ultimately improve the lives of those we served.
While I enjoyed my administrative role, I found myself missing the more direct involvement and personal connections that come with working with people on an individual level. I take great pleasure in being a close advocate and mentor, and I believe my experience, knowledge, and drive can make a significant difference in helping individuals achieve their goals and be the best versions of themselves.
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Science with an emphasis in Psychology from Utah Valley University. I am well-versed in identifying mental health and behavioral barriers that can impede progress. My experience includes working with individuals who have a range of medical challenges and require more physical care and treatment. I believe this range of experiences and depth of knowledge makes me an asset to any team.
I am a proud Utah native and a devoted mother who is passionate about her family's success. I consider my cat Pineapple an integral part of the family. In my free time, I enjoy learning, traveling, playing, laughing, and helping others. I am an avid Disney fan and enjoy all things related to the company. One of my favorite pastimes is building Legos with my children. I am adventurous and have been fortunate enough to parasail, swim with dolphins, zip line through the jungle, and go skydiving. I believe in living life to the fullest, and I am committed to helping you achieve your goals.
In conclusion, I am excited to serve as your support coordinator and advocate. I am confident that with my experience, knowledge, and passion, I can help you work towards the life you want. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or if you'd like to learn more about how I can help you.

My name is Chelsey Russon. I currently live in Utah County with my husband and two children, who keep me very busy. We also have a dog, which in all honesty, she’s like my first baby. We enjoy going on walks, watching movies, playing board games and anything that has to do with Halloween and the spooky season. Especially painting pumpkins, going through corn mazes and hayrides. We always try to be active and healthy, but love to indulge in French fries and sweets when we get the chance.
When asked the big question in my youth as to, “What I wanted to be when I grew up,” all I knew was I wanted to make sure I was involved in the community and helping those around me. Attending Utah State University, helped me find the career path I wanted to pursue. After trying various classes, I was lucky enough to stumble into a field where I would fully be encompassing my ability to learn how individual people develop in all aspects of life. I enrolled in the Family, Consumer and Human Development Major with an emphasis in lifespan. This major gave me many opportunities to work with all ages, cultures and developmental abilities. I was able to connect to various populations that I had not yet had the opportunity to know. That is when I developed a love for the people in the special needs community. I have always found these wonderful individuals to be inspiring, as they take life head on and have many wonderful goals and dreams for themselves. I was lucky enough after college to have opportunities working with this community as I worked under a Behavior Analyst as their assistant with a major provider in Utah County. There, I was able to interact with many wonderful individuals who showed me it’s ok to know your limits, but to never stop trying to break them. Eventually, I moved on from the assistant role and took on a new role I was not expecting. I became a Special Education teacher working with sixth grade through ninth grade middle school students. I was able to become a true advocate for the amazing students I worked with. Getting to know them made me realize that disabilities are just superpowers that need help being elevated. So many of these students taught me what it means to work hard, be excited about the future and to love life, no matter what the present had to offer. The love that grew for this community was amplified after working with these amazing students and is what led me to becoming a Support Coordinator. I want to be a part of the team that helps elevate the superpowers in these amazing individuals. My goal is to help you know your limitations, but to never stop breaking through them. I want to help you find happiness and success in whatever goals you may have for yourself and help make sure you are always full of purpose and contentment with the present circumstances of your life. I look forward to the things you will help me learn along the way as well.
