Riverview Provides a variety of services and supports for the individuals in their care.  Some of these include: 

• Division of Child and Family Services Transitions
• Individuals With Mental Health Challenges
• Individuals Involved with the Criminal Justice System
• ICFID Transitions
• Homelessness Challenges
• Emergency Placements
• Brain Injury Waiver
• Family home transitions
• Out of home Placements
• In Home Supports
• Employment Support

In addition to providing assistance in finding services and supports each support coordinator must meet certain criteria to provide support.  Below is a list of some of the requirements they must have.  

• Bachelors degree
• Federal and state background check
• Completes training curriculum through DSPD
• Training from a senior support coordinator.  
• Training and support as needed through Riverview
• 30 hours of training annually to stay up to date on the latest services and support strategies.
